    Introduction of Department

The priority focus of our department is to train students with ability information and creative design, and we provide students with all the tools required to work in the computer digital arts and simulation. Students will acquire specific skills necessary to become professionals in developing content software, 2D and 3D computer animation, programming, interactive multimedia design and game graphic design.

The tracks of our course stucture are divided into three areas: programming, multimedia design and simulation. The courses of programming area include computer graphics, introduction of computer game, computer game programming, and game programming and network. The courses of multimedia design area include computer graphics and animation, 3D animation, 3D character design and animation, and virtual reality. The courses of simulation area include numerical methods and analysis, computer-aided design, system dynamics, introduction of computer simulation, and artificial intelligence.

By providing students with both theoretical and practical courses in computer simulation and multimedia design, we would like to inspire students with skills to work individually or together against the whole new challenges in the new era. Under the goal of seeking the one of the best private university, we wish to become one of the most innovative and unique department of computer simulation and design in Taiwan.
